سياسة الدفع عند الاستلام
عند اختيار خيار الدفع عند الاستلام، يُرجى تحويل مبلغ تأمين قدره 200 جنيه عبر إنستا باي أو أي محفظة إلكترونية. سيتم خصم هذا المبلغ من إجمالي قيمة الطلب عند التسليم.لا يُطلب هذا التأمين في حال استخدام وسائل الدفع الإلكتروني المسبق.
حفاظًا على سلامة المنتج، لا يمكن فتح الشحنة قبل استكمال الدفع. في حال الحاجة إلى استبدال أو استرجاع، سيصلك مندوب خلال 24 ساعة لتسهيل العملية.
الشحن داخل مصر
القاهرة، الجيزة، والإسكندرية: التوصيل خلال 2-3 أيام عمل.
منطقة الدلتا: التوصيل خلال 3-5 أيام عمل.
صعيد مصر والبحر الأحمر: التوصيل خلال 4-7 أيام عمل.
الشحن الدولي
* التوصيل لجميع الدول خلال 8 أيام عمل.
معلومات هامة عن الشحن
تأكيد الطلب: بمجرد تسجيل طلبك، ستتلقى رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
تتبع الشحنة: بعد التأكيد، سنرسل لك الفاتورة، بوليصة الشحن، ورابط التتبع عبر واتساب لمتابعة طلبك بدقة.
إرسال الطلبات: يتم تجهيز الشحنات وإرسالها عادةً في اليوم التالي لتسجيل الطلب.
دقة العنوان: يرجى التأكد من إدخال عنوانك بشكل صحيح لضمان التوصيل في الوقت المحدد. أي خطأ قد يؤدي إلى تأخير الشحنة.
التأخيرات المحتملة: قد تحدث تأخيرات بسبب الظروف الجوية أو العطلات الرسمية، وسنحرص على إطلاعك بأي مستجدات فور حدوثها.
الاستبدال والاسترجاع
في حال رغبتك في استبدال أو استرجاع المنتج، سنرسل مندوبًا خلال 24 ساعة لاستلام المنتج وإتمام الإجراءات بسهولة ويسر.

- Please note that for cash on delivery (COD) orders, a security deposit of EGP 200 must be transferred via InstaPay or any electronic wallet. This amount will be deducted from the order total upon delivery. The security deposit is not required when using any online payment method.
- Opening the package before payment is not allowed.
- In case of exchange or return, a courier will be sent to your location within 24 hours.
Delivery Within Egypt
- Alexandria, New Cairo, Old Cairo, Giza, and Nasr City: Delivery takes 2-3 business days for all orders.
- Delta region: Delivery takes 3-4 business days for all orders.
- Upper Egypt & Red Sea: Delivery takes 4-6 business days, provided that the customer has provided complete details, including full phone number and precise address (building number, street name, district name, and city).
International Delivery
- All international orders are delivered within 8 business days.
Shipping Processing Time
- Shipping processing starts the day after the order is placed.
Order Confirmation
- You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your order.
- Once your order is being prepared for shipment, you will receive an SMS notification on your registered phone number.
Address Accuracy
