- Please note that for cash on delivery (COD) orders, a security deposit of EGP 200 must be transferred via InstaPay or any electronic wallet. This amount will be deducted from the order total upon delivery. The security deposit is not required when using any online payment method.

Delivery Within Egypt
- Alexandria, New Cairo, Old Cairo, Giza, and Nasr City: Delivery takes 2-3 business days for all orders.
- Delta region: Delivery takes 3-4 business days for all orders.
- Upper Egypt & Red Sea: Delivery takes 4-6 business days, provided that the customer has provided complete details, including full phone number and precise address (building number, street name, district name, and city).
International Delivery
